VISUAL POETRY

ZIPPERLAND

Visual poetry is a mixed language, very desacralised and fresh. That’s why I found it ideal for an uninhibited reflection with a gender perspective. The cultural gaze on women and their bodies, both considered one and the same thing, in a certain sense a collectable object, is the basic idea on which this artistic project is built. Using the zip as a symbol of the female gender I develop my work following the concept of samples. Then I open up a new perspective, that of inner worlds, created with lycra covers and micro-landscapes that provide a more intimate vision.
One of the works has been featured on the cover of a collective book of erotic stories in which I myself have participated as an author.
